Elizabeth, we're back from our Italian sojourn and just wanted to say thanks for the fun and informative day we spent with you learning about cheese, olive oil, truffles and bees! You took us to places we would never have found ourselves and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting these wonderful people, with their gracious and welcoming hospitality. Everyone was so passionate about what they did; their enthusiasm was contagious. We're already enjoying the olive oil and truffle products and the cheese was consumed almost immediately.
