Maridiana Alpaca, Molino Vitelli, Niccone valley. Handmade, hand dyed sweaters, hats, scarves. Visit with the alpacas, too!

Merletti di Sansepolcro, via Matteotti, Sansepolcro. Linens trimmed with handmade lace.

Tela Umbra, Città di Castello,Via S. Antonio 3, off the main piazza, for handwoven linens. Visit the museum upstairs.

Ceramics

Crete di Prato, Umbertide, typical Umbrian designs, at the markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Deruta Placens, Deruta, Via Bordi Michelotti.

Gialletti Giulio, Deruta, Via Tiberina 304. Beautiful ceramics and they do a nice tour.

Deruta’s hill town. Up on the hill above the modern town the old village has many small shops. Park outside the walls and walk through the arch.

Rometti, Umbertide, Via Canavalle 5. Historic ceramics company, now with contemporary designs.

Jewelry

Marco Domenici, Umbertide, across from  the hexagon shaped Collegiata church, and the little park. High quality, handmade modern and traditional jewelry.
