Weather permitting, the pool is typically open from early May to early October.

All linens, towels and utilities, are included in the price. We provide a full house cleaning and linen change every 6 or 7 days. Tenants have free access to all linen and towel closets, washing machines and dryers, and are responsible for changing their own towels.

• Flat fee for telephone service - unlimited use per week at €20 per house

• All other utilities free of charge summer and winter, including central heating and wood for fireplaces

• Additional cleaning requested by the client is charged at a rate of €75 per floor

• Laundry is charged at the rate of €15 per load, if tenants wish for our cleaning people to do their laundry and towels

All payment terms are outlined in the Rental Agreement which we will send you when you confirm your reservation.

A fifty percent deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due no later than 60 days before the date of the rental. Fifty percent of the deposit is fully refundable, for a period of 30 days after client has been granted an official hold on the property. After that period, the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to rebook the time, in which case it is fully refundable minus a €100 administration fee.

Discounts are available to repeat guests and guests who are booking multiple weeks.
